Dr. Jesus A. Gomez, DDS is an internationally renowned Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. Dr. Gomez earned his DDS in 1994 and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center from 1999-2003. He also completed his Anesthesia Fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center in 2004.
Dr. Gomez is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of both the International and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Today, Dr. Gomez holds his private practice in Corpus Christi, TX. He is also a visiting Professor at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Hospital Fundacion Santa Fe de Bogota, Colombia, as well as a national and international speaker in Maxillofacial Trauma, Maxillofacial Pathology, Bone Reconstruction, use of Stem Cells/BMP and Advanced Implant Dentistry.

His support, loyalty and constant efforts to help the Latin community have made him a vital figure in the field of dentistry, so much so that Dr. Gomez was awarded the Congressional Merit Award Medal in 2012 from the United States Congress for his Professional contribution to the Latin community in the USA. Due to his extensive accomplishments and expertise, Venezuela recognized him as one of the leading Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons and have him travel to Hospital de Clinicas Caracas, at Caracas, Venezuela, to oversee and treat the most complicated and critical surgical cases.
